Cathal Divilly is the CEO of the Great Place to Work® Institute and has been with the organisation since it first launched into the Irish market over twenty years ago. This year in Ireland, over 65,000 responses were received to the Great Place to Work® survey.
Cathal has been fortunate enough to work with many different leaders from a multiplicity of industries in supporting them in building and sustaining a high-trust workplace. He spends a lot of his time out with leadership teams advising them on how to make improvements to their culture and attract the best talent. Part of his role is also building partnerships for his organisation along with growing a community of practice and developing a knowledge exchange between clients. Before joining the Institute, Cathal earned a degree in Marketing and went on to obtain a Masters in Strategic Management from DIT.
Cathal is a sporting fanatic. Hurling is his number one game, followed closely by a developing obsession with golf.

Human Collective Founder and son of trailblazer and activist Christine Buckley, Conor’s up-bringing was deep-rooted in morality as he witnessed his mother going head to head with the state for the rights of women and children raised in industrial schools around the country.
With activism in his blood, Conor began devising a plan for what would eventually become Human Collective after seeing American Diversity Educator Jane Elliot wearing a slogan sweater that read “There is only one race, the human race“.

She has designed and delivered successful people and culture programmes in global and hybrid employee environments. She has a passion for putting the employee experience at the centre of everything she does as she believes people are the heart of an organisation. Audrey holds a Degree in Commerce, CIPD certified, and is a board member of Women of Cisco Ireland & UK & an advisory board member of itag (a non-for-profit tech association in the west of Ireland).

Colin is Head of TU Dublin’s Graduate Business School, which is home to a large portfolio of postgraduate and executive education offerings. He is passionate about talent development and has developed customised programmes for leading Irish and international organisations, including Workday, Version 1, Musgrave, Oracle, Ibec, Enterprise Ireland and Sky, to name a few.
Colin’s research focuses on trust, leadership and hybrid working. He has published numerous book chapters, articles and blogs on these topics and regularly delivers specialist workshops and seminars within organisations. Colin holds a PhD from the University of Birmingham (Trust and Leadership in Virtual teams) along with an MPhil (Training and Development in Financial Services), a PgDiploma Third Level Learning and Teaching and a BSc. Marketing from TU Dublin.
Colin is an experienced non-executive director and currently sits on the board of LIA.

Pippa Durham recently graduated with a BSc in Marketing from TU Dublin. During her final year, she was one of four students selected to represent TU Dublin at the ‘ROCA International Business Case Competition 2023’, held at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. In her third year, she completed a five-month work placement with Invention, the non-traditional media solutions arm of the media agency Group M. As a result of the opportunity she had during her placement, Pippa is now working full-time at Group M within Mind Share, as a media planning account executive on the client leadership team.
Rachel Cunningham

Rachel Cunningham recently graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Marketing from TU Dublin, with her final research dissertation being recognised among the top 20 in her graduating class. Rachel was nominated by TU Dublin for the Marketing Society of Ireland’s LePere Award and was later named the 2023 recipient of the award for her research paper. Having completed a semester-long internship in the third year of her degree with boutique private equity firm Broadlake, Rachel has now returned to Broadlake full time as a Brand and Marketing Executive.
