How are managers at Europe’s Best Workplaces™ in 2021 embracing hybrid work arrangements?  

In the early months of the Covid-19 pandemic, we wondered when things would go “back to normal.” Now, as we wrap up the second year of the pandemic, it’s becoming clear that there’s no going back to anything — we can only move forward. And managing remote and hybrid teams presents a unique set of challenges.
